He is a Hospice and Palliative Care Physician, a Public Health Specialist, a trainer/visiting lecturer and Health Programs Manager. Paul has vast experience in clinical Medicine, Public health research and Health Advocacy at local, regional and global level -including the East Africa Legislative Assembly, the Lutheran World Federation, The ACT Alliance and the commission for Population and Development of the United Nations (UN-CPD).
