We would like to extend our warm congratulations to Associate Professor Renier Coetzee of SOPH- UWC who has been appointed as the Deputy President of the Pharmaceutical Society of South Africa (PSSA).
Renier has a strong interest in Patient Safety, particularly on Rational Medicine Use and Antimicrobial Stewardship. He has been actively engaged in shaping policies and driving positive change in his role in various national and provincial committees, and serving as expert reviewer of the Standard Treatment Guidelines for South Africa.
