20 May 2025Introducing CEPSA at the AU-EU Innovation Workshop
We had the opportunity to introduce the Centre of Excellence for Pharmacovigilance in Southern Africa (CEPSA) at the AU-EU Workshop Series on Public Health Innovations held in a hybrid format in Pretoria on 3 December 2024.
CEPSA, located at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa, with co-leadership and joint expertise at Institute of Tropical Medicine, Antwerp, Belgium, will lead initiatives to strengthen pharmacovigilance activities in South Africa and more broadly in the Southern African Region. The one-day Workshop showcased several innovations in the field of Public Health and was an opportunity for the CEPSA team to network with others involved in Public Health Innovations across the continent.
