2026 SOPH PhD Induction Series Wraps Up Successfully The PhD induction series took place from 4 February to 9 March 2026, drawing participation from 19 pre-doctoral and newly registered doctoral fellows. Pharmaceutical Public Health

In 2025 the School of Public Health at the University of the Western Cape (UWC), South Africa will offer Pharmaceutical Policy and Management as an online semester module from July-November 2025. This module may be taken as an individual stand-alone module or as part of the Master of Public Health.

SPaRCS Pharmacovigilance Systems Strengthening Workshop

The SPaRCS Project hosted a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Systems Strengthening Workshop, 9-11 July 2023 in Windhoek, Namibia.  The workshop marked the final in a series of capacity strengthening and mutual learning workshops in the Pharmacovigilance Systems Strengthening thematic area, and was attended by fifteen participants from seven countries (Namibia, South Africa, Eswatini, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, and Belgium)
